The Aviator 1.1x strategy wins about 88.2% of rounds: set auto cash out at 1.10x and the plane almost always gets there. The catch is the payout. A £5 bet returns £5.50, so each win adds £0.50 while each loss costs £5: one bust wipes out ten wins. It’s the calmest target in crash gaming, perfect for long sessions and bonus wagering, and it still follows the 97% RTP over time. Here are the real numbers, tested in 10,000 simulated sessions. Part of our crash game strategy guide.

The maths of 1.1x

Per £5 bet
Win chance 88.2%
Win pays +£0.50
Loss costs −£5
Loss chance 11.8% (about 1 in 8.5)
Two losses in a row 1.4%

Over many rounds the wins and losses balance out to the RTP: on average you keep £4.85 of every £5 wagered. The cash out calculator shows the same for any target.

100 rounds at 1.1x, simulated

We ran 10,000 sessions: £250 budget, £5 bets, auto cash out 1.1x, 100 rounds. The median finished on £234. The middle 80% landed between £212 and £256, and the typical worst dip along the way was just £25. No session went bust. That’s the tightest spread of any target we tested; compare them all in our fixed auto cash out strategy.

When 1.1x makes sense

  • Bonus wagering: you wager the bonus with the smallest swings. See wagering requirements and crash games.
  • Long, chilled sessions: your budget lasts and your balance barely moves.
  • Learning the game: you get used to auto cash out without big ups and downs.

When it doesn’t

If you want big wins, 1.1x won’t give them. One step up, the 1.2x strategy doubles the profit per win, and the 1.5x strategy pays five times as much. For the other end of the scale, read chasing high multipliers.

Play it

1.1x works in Aviator, JetX and Spaceman. Test it in the simulator below first.

Play smart: at 1.1x, the loss limit matters more than the win target. Decide it before you press start.

Frequently asked questions

Does the 1.1x strategy work in Aviator?

It wins about 88% of rounds, so it feels great. Each win is small, though, and one loss costs as much as ten wins, so over time it tracks the 97% RTP like any target.

What is the chance of hitting 1.1x?

About 0.97 ÷ 1.1 = 88.2% per round.

How often will I lose at 1.1x?

About 11.8% of rounds, roughly once every eight or nine rounds. Two losses in a row happen about 1.4% of the time.

Is 1.1x the safest Aviator strategy?

It has the smallest swings of any common target, which makes it the calmest. It doesn’t change the RTP.

How much can I win with 1.1x?

£0.50 profit per £5 winning bet. In 100 rounds the best 10% of our simulated sessions finished £6 or more ahead.

Who should use a 1.1x target?

Players working through bonus wagering, or anyone who wants the longest, calmest session per £ spent.
