The best Plinko strategy is to set auto cash out at 1.5x–2x on every bet, keep each stake to 1–2% of your budget and stop at a win target. Plinko drops a ball through rows of pegs and pays the multiplier of the slot it lands in. Every round is random, so plinko tricks are about how you cash out, not about guessing. At 97% RTP a 2x target lands about 48.5% of rounds. Below: the setups that work on SportyBet, Bet9ja, BetKing or a partner crypto casino, with ₦1,000 examples. Part of our Aviator game Nigeria guide.
How Plinko works
Plinko drops a ball through rows of pegs and pays the multiplier of the slot it lands in. You get a choice of rows (often 8 to 16) and low, medium or high risk. Your win is your stake times the multiplier when you cash out: ₦1,000 at 2x returns ₦2,000. If you know Aviator, you will feel at home.
Plinko rows and risk
Plinko has no cash out button, so your “strategy” is the settings you pick. More rows spread results wider and grow the edge multipliers. Low risk keeps most slots near 1x for gentle swings; high risk turns the middle into small returns and the edges into big ones. On most Plinko originals the RTP is the same at every setting: risk changes how bumpy the ride is, not the long-run return. Check the payout table in your casino’s game before you drop.
Plinko win chances by target
The win chance at any target is the RTP divided by the multiplier. We use a typical 97% RTP (check the game’s info panel for its exact figure).
| Auto cash out | Win chance (97% RTP) | ₦1,000 bet returns |
|---|---|---|
| 1.2x | 80.8% | ₦1,200 |
| 1.5x | 64.7% | ₦1,500 |
| 2x | 48.5% | ₦2,000 |
| 3x | 32.3% | ₦3,000 |
| 5x | 19.4% | ₦5,000 |

Plinko strategy 1: steady 1.5x auto cash out
This is the backbone of every good plinko session. Set auto cash out at 1.5x, bet ₦1,000 and let it ride. We ran 1.5x auto cash out through our simulator: 1,000 sessions of 100 rounds, a ₦50,000 bankroll and ₦1,000 bets. The median session finished on ₦47,500, the luckiest 10% on ₦56,500 or more and the coldest 10% on ₦38,500 or less. Not one session went bust. Compare every target in our Aviator auto cashout guide.
Plinko trick 2: the safe bet and the long shot
Low risk with more rows is the Plinko version of a 1.5x auto cash out: steady, long sessions. Pair a bigger bet on a low target with a small stake aimed at 10x: the safe bet pays most rounds, the long shot lands roughly one round in ten. Aviator two bet strategy breaks the split down with numbers.
Plinko tricks that don’t work
- Predictors and signals: results are fixed before the round starts, so no app or Telegram group can see them. Our Aviator signals guide explains why.
- “Due” multipliers: a run of low rounds does not make a big one more likely.
- Chasing losses: doubling after every loss works until a long cold run arrives.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best Plinko strategy?
Auto cash out at 1.5x–2x on every bet, stakes of 1–2% of your budget and a win target. At 2x you win about 48.5% of rounds.
How do you win at Plinko?
Cash out before the round ends. A ₦1,000 bet cashed out at 2x returns ₦2,000; if the round ends first, the bet is lost.
Is there a Plinko trick that always works?
No. Every round is random. Tricks help you manage your money and lock in wins, not predict rounds.
What auto cash out is best for Plinko?
1.5x for steady sessions (about 64.7% win chance), 2x for a balance, 5x–10x for bigger, rarer wins.
Do Plinko predictors work?
No. Results are fixed before each round starts. Predictor apps and signal groups are scams.
Where can I play Plinko in Nigeria?
At casinos that carry it in their crash lobby, including our partner crypto casinos. Deposit with OPay, PalmPay or a Paystack card.
