PG Soft Azteca Legacy Slot: Temple Features, RTP and Max Win

PG Soft has launched Azteca Legacy, a seven-reel video slot that invites players to unlock an ancient jungle temple one piece at a time.

Wins form when five or more matching symbols line up horizontally or diagonally. Winning symbols then burst away and new ones cascade down for the next round. The Wild symbol stands in for every other symbol except the free spins symbol.

The 4-Corner Sync and the locked code

The main feature is 4-Corner Sync. At the start of each base game round, four golden positions on reels two and six reveal a random symbol. If that symbol is part of a winning combination, all four golden positions turn into Wilds for the following round. Those positions go back to random symbols once one of the Wilds lands in a win.

The centre of the reels adds a puzzle. Six positions around the free spins symbol begin each base game round locked. A winning symbol that touches one of them horizontally or diagonally unlocks it. When all six are open, the free spins symbol activates and awards 10 free spins.

Free spins and the Ante Bet

During free spins, the central symbol becomes a Wild at x1 and stays in place for the whole feature. Each time it helps form a win, that win is multiplied and the multiplier rises by one for the next round. A +2 free spins symbol can appear anywhere and adds two extra spins. The golden positions also remain Wild throughout.

The Ante Bet raises the stake by 5x and guarantees Wilds on all four golden positions in every base game round. PG Soft says this makes the free spins feature five times more likely to trigger. The game has a 96.75% RTP, high volatility and a maximum win of 10,000x the bet. Hugo Baungartner, PG Soft’s General Manager for Latin America, described it as a strong choice for players who enjoy chasing a big multiplier.
