Why it matters

Thinking in units keeps strategies comparable whatever your currency.

In practice

Units make strategies comparable across currencies: a “1-unit” bet is $1 in one market and ₦400 in another. Most bankroll advice uses units of 1–2% of the session bankroll.

Example

With a $200 bankroll, a 1% unit is $2.
