DELULU Gaming Launches Instant Game MLK PUMP!

DELULU Gaming has released MLK PUMP!, an instant game that brings back the MLK character from MLK Voyage in a new weightlifting setting.

How a round works

Each round starts with a choice between three athletes: Titan Tom, GymBro Max and Nerd Alex. Titan Tom is the steadiest pick, with low volatility and multipliers up to 100x. GymBro Max sits in the middle, with medium volatility and potential prizes up to 500x. Nerd Alex carries the most risk, with high volatility and multipliers up to 1,000x in the standard game.

The lift has three stages. With each one, the athlete gets closer to raising the bar overhead while the potential multiplier climbs on screen. The final test is holding the bar up. If the athlete holds it, the player receives the multiplier shown. If the bar drops, the round pays nothing.

Optional boosts

Three optional features can be switched on before any round, each for an extra cost. Mustache of Power improves the chance of completing the lift. Revival Milk gives the athlete a second full attempt after a failed first one. Belt of Strength takes a different route: it raises the available multipliers without improving the odds of success, and it can lift the maximum prize up to 5,000 times the bet.

Settings and launch

MLK PUMP! offers four RTP settings: 90%, 92%, 94% and 96%. The source lists bets from 0.10 to 100 in euros, so check the in-game currency for the USD equivalent. It is the ninth title from the studio, which has been on the market for about four months.

Fans of crash-style games will recognise the appeal of a multiplier rising while the outcome is still open.
