Why it matters

South African example: on a R100 bet, a 1.50x cash out pays R150. See the term in action in our Aviator South Africa guide.

Thinking in units keeps strategies comparable whatever your currency.

In practice

Units make strategies comparable across currencies: a “1-unit” bet is R5 in one market and ₦400 in another. Most bankroll advice uses units of 1–2% of the session bankroll.

Example

With a R1,000 bankroll, a 1% unit is R10.
